Candice's Homemade Date-Nut Bars
1/2 cup dates, seeds removed
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup pecans (or other nuts)
1/2 tsp carob powder
dash of vanilla
Chop nuts in a food processor then pour them into a bowl.
Next mix the dates, raisins, carob, and vanilla in the food processor until smooth.
Scoop the date mixture into the nuts and mix with a spoon or your hands.
Break the mixture in half and shape into two bars.
